Episode 064.5 Meditation for A Bad Day

This is a special episode for those of you having a profoundly bad day. It is a simple meditation to use when you are deep in symptoms, trouble or flat out trouble. 

The foundation of the meditation was inspired by a quote from psychiatrist Viktor Frankl.
Mr. Frankl was a psychiatrist who was a holocaust survivor. He lost his wife, mother, father and siblings.
