Episode 063 Self-Medication and Lorazepam

Self-medication is the practice of using a substance or resource to make you feel better or reduce your symptoms. It isn't necessarily drugs, alcohol or ganja. It can be food, excessive gaming or anything you use to divert you from your symptoms.

If you choose to take medication this episode contains a quick review of Lorazepam, a benzodiazepine used for short term treatment.
